(1) alpha(Ձ)-receptor

ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î ÈïºÐÀÛ¿ë(excitatory response)À» ³ªÅ¸³½´Ù.

¿¹¿Ü: GITÀÇ smooth muscle¿¡ ÀÖ´Â Ձ-receptor´Â ¾ïÁ¦(ÀÌ¿Ï)ÀÛ¿ëÀ» ÇÑ´Ù.

Ձ1-adrenergic receptor = postsynaptic receptor

Ձ2-adrenergic receptor = presynaptic receptor

β1(cardiac)-receptor:

heart¿Í intestineÀÇ cell¿¡ ÁÖ·Î ½ÉÀå¼öÃà·ÂÁõ°¡(contractility),

heart rateÀÇ Áõ°¡¹× ½ÉÀå³»ÀÇ oxygen demandÀÇ Áõ°¡¸¦ À¯¹ßÇÑ´Ù.

β2(pulmonary)-receptor: bronchodilation¹× vascular smooth muscle

isoproterenol > epinephrine > norepinephrine

 

 

 

β2-selective bronchodilators

β2(pulmonary)-receptor: bronchodilation¹× vascular smooth muscle

isoproterenol > epinephrine > norepinephrine

 

1) isoproterenol for bronchitis, emphysema, asthmatic-like syndrome(β1 ÀÛ¿ëµµ ÀÖÀ½)
¿¡ ÀÖ¾î side effects°¡ Å©±â ¶§¹®¿¡ ´Ù¸¥ ¾à¹°ÀÌ »ý°å´Ù.

2) metaproterenol, isoetharine, terbutaline, salbutamol, pirbuterol, clenbuterolµîÀÇ ½Å¾àµéÀº °­ÇÑ 
 Ձ-2-agonistÀÌ°í ³·Àº  Ձ-1-agonist activity°¡ ÀÖ´Ù.

3) ´ëºÎºÐ °æ±¸Åõ¿©°¡ °¡´ÉÇϰí ÀÛ¿ë½Ã°£ÀÌ ±æ´Ù.

4) clenbuterolÀÇ °æ¿ì  Ձ-2-vasodialtion¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ¾à°£ÀÇ tachycardia¿Í hypotensionÀÌ ³ªÅ¸³­´Ù.
